WARRANTY POLICY
The warranty period is 6 months from the date of sale.
The owner of the instrument has the rights to have the product repaired free of charge during the warranty period for those faults resulting from manufacturing defects.
- The date of purchase, model, serial number, and all other relevant data must be absolutely specified in the certificate of warranty.
- The certificate of warranty and the original receipt must be retained for the entire warranty period.
- The following defects are eliminated free of charge during the warranty period:
- Damage to tools as a result of the use of faulty materials in the construction of the tool.
- Defects built into the tool at the factory of the manufacturer.
- The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damages caused due to improper usage of the tool / not using as per manufacturer's instructions/ Overloading of the tool / using Non Standard Consumables.
- Not servicing the tools at regular intervals or as per manufacturer's specifications.
- Long-term wear of the tools and their parts (for example expiration of the full service life, high levels of dirt and grime on the inside or outside of the tools, worn lubricants)
- Power tools that have been disassembled or repaired during the warranty period by unauthorized third parties (persons or Repair centers) for the purpose of repair.
- Power tools with removed or altered serial numbers and in cases where
- The data on the power tool itself does not match the data in the certificate of warranty.
- Spare Parts like Armature & Field Coil would be changed free of Cost only once during the warranty period. All future replacements of these spares would be charged even during warranty period.
- Carbon Brushes, Electrical Cords, Motor Housing & Gear Housing replacements are not covered under warranty & will be charged extra.
