The warranty period is 3 months from the date of sale.

The owner of the instrument has the rights to have the product repaired free of charge during the warranty period only for those faults resulting from manufacturing defects.

Cannot guarantee the repair of a machine already opened by a service other than that of DIMD.

DIMD is not responsible for ineffective repair for technical or mechanical reasons in the aftersales.

Machines that are not taken back by customers two months after being informed will be considered as belonging to DIMD stock.
