SUPLAX., Exclusive representative of the INGCO brand in the Dominican Republic, guarantees that its products do not have manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Under normal conditions of use and service, all parts of the products should be free from physical and manufacturing defects during the warranty period. Otherwise, the product will be repaired or replaced as SUPLAX determines.
IMPORTANT: SUPLAX., Is not responsible for equipment left in the technical department after 30 continuous days after the diagnosis reported to the client. Without making exception that the input of the equipment is within or outside the warranty period, or is only repair service.
1- Factory default warranty for exchange, 5 calendar days.
2- The equipment reported under warranty must be presented with this warranty form duly filled out, signed and stamped by the distributor.,
3- The equipment reported under warranty must be presented with the INGCO brand, barcodes and serials that are legible.
4- The warranty is voided in those equipment that show signs of tampering, disassembled by personnel other than our technical department.
5- The warranty is voided in those equipment that show signs of improper use, poor treatment, such as breakage, deformation, marks, burned or loose components, deterioration or loss of labels or tampering with the warranty form.
6- The warranty does not cover failures due to wear and tear due to normal use.
7- The warranty does not cover failures due to connections to electrical power greater than 110 volts and does not cover failures due to wet equipment in electrical parts.
8- The warranty does not cover failures due to the use of accessories that are not original INGCO brand.
9- The warranty does not cover failures due to mishandling of the equipment and / or lack of maintenance that leads to damage to it.
10- The equipment must be used for what it was originally manufactured and do not exceed
11- The time stipulated to resolve failures by warranty will depend on the severity of the failure, the existence of spare parts or parts and the availability of our technical department between 01 to 90 working days.
