WARRANTY POLICY
The warranty for all products, except batteries and chargers, is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Batteries and chargers are covered by a warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. The owner of the product has the right to have the product repaired free of charge during the warranty period for defects due to manufacturing faults.
1.The warranty does not cover
- Consumable parts and damage due to natural wear and tear
e.g., carbon brushes, cables, bearings, gears, chucks. - Anything that falls under the buyer's obligation to service the machine
e.g. cleaning, greasing, changing spark plugs, filters, fuel hoses (for gasoline engines). - Damage due to improper or incorrect use of the tool, poor maintenance or storage, inappropriate use, or abnormal environmental conditions.
- When the tool has been tampered with by an unauthorized person, when foreign spare parts have been used, and when the tool has been received completely or partially disassembled.
- External damage (breakage) to parts and any damage that may be caused to the tool as a result of such damage.
- The warranty is valid ONLY upon presentation of proof of purchase within 2 years for tools and 6 months for batteries and chargers.
