Warranty does not cover:

1) Consumable parts and damage due to physical wear and tear.
Damage caused by natural wear and tear, e.g. Carbon Brushes, cables, bearings, gears, gearboxes, etc.

2) Anything that falls under the buyer's obligation to service the machine
e.g. cleaning, greasing, changing spark plugs, filters, petrol tyres (for petrol engines).

3) Damage caused by misuse or incorrect use of the tool, poor maintenance or storage, improper use or abnormal environmental conditions.

4) When the tool is tampered with by an unauthorized person, when foreign parts are used and when the tool is received fully or partially disassembled.

5) External damage (breakage) of parts and any damage that may be caused to the tool as a result of such damage.

6) Warranty is ONLY valid upon presentation of proof of purchase within 2 years for tools and 6 months on batteries and chargers.
